This application keeps the notified SR library centrally — estimators pick items, enter measurements, and the BOQ, amounts, and abstract generate themselves. When rates revise, the library updates once instead of in every spreadsheet.

PWD building, road, water supply, and electrical SRs as notified by the state, with multi-year sets retained so old estimates stay verifiable. If your department follows a specific SR — KPWD, KUWSDB, or a circle-specific schedule — we load that library during deployment.
